I can't get Caller ID Working. I have a 412 ls id tdl and I have enabled ls-delay on the 4 trunks assigned to it. My circuit provider assures me we have the service. What else do I need to do??

Caller ID Not Working

CID is one of those things that work or it doesn't. There's really nothing for you to do to make it work. If in doubt with what Telco says, (a reasonable doubt), buy or borrow a CID module from someone to see if it works. There could be a polarity issue as well, but I don't think so with the loop start lines.
