I have caller ID lines connected to two different 408 gsls-id-mlx cards, but they don't pick up the caller id. I have tested the caller ID with a regular caller-id phone and it works fine. The legend is 6.1. The phones say no caller id. There really isn't any programming to do, so I can't figure out why it doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am not sure if the Legend R6.1 supported Caller ID on 408 cards - maybe only the 800 GS/LS-ID card. I believe you need Legend R7.0 The other item to check in inventory is the application vintage of the 408 caller-ID cards. They should read as either 408 GS/LS GLM-U or GS/LS-ID. The spplication vintage should be 32.
