I just replaced a Mitel phone system with an Avaya IP Office 8.1 in a county sheriff office. All has gone well, however the Zetron 3200 console in the 911 center does not recognize Caller ID on incoming calls. Caller ID is being passed, as I can see it on an old caller ID box. I can also hear the Caller ID being passed using a butt-set. It works fine on calls from within the system, but when called from the outside the Zetron displays a "Caller ID Error"
I have tried using each of the FSK Caller Display Types listed in the Analog Extension Settings of the IP Office. Any suggestions?
