Caller ID not passing over SIP trunks

I cannot keep the outside Caller ID passing through an application menu in CallPilot over SIP trunks to another system. The caller ID works if a choice from the menu is terminated on a nortel phone (2616,3904, etc...). Any ideas if this is possible

Your going to have to turn on the D Channel Messaging and see if it be sent

good idea. However, I can call from my cell phone directly to an extension via the SIP route and my CLID passes. It's only when I transfer out of a menu in CallPilot.

if you have Succession 5+ then try to enable DORG on the the RLB of the sip RLI.
