On our Cisco VOIP system we have a few folks that forwards their lines to their cell, home, etc... The problem appears to be that during an incoming call the line gets forwarded however the Caller-ID is showing the main PRI trunk ID and not the calling parties Caller-ID. We have opened up a TAC case with Cisco and also have our LEC looking into the PRI configs....any suggestions??
