Caller-ID Not Forwarding

On our Cisco VOIP system we have a few folks that forwards their lines to their cell, home, etc... The problem appears to be that during an incoming call the line gets forwarded however the Caller-ID is showing the main PRI trunk ID and not the calling parties Caller-ID. We have opened up a TAC case with Cisco and also have our LEC looking into the PRI configs....any suggestions??
 
Are you using the gateway main number for all outbound calls?

Is route pattern calling party mask checked or unchecked on the route pattern?

Looks like some of the issue has been resolved. The LEC had CPN Discard enabled and it needed to be disabled. Now the number passes through HOWEVER only one area code fwds through. For instance, if you are a caller (814-123-4567)dialing the office (321-555-1234) your call will come through as 851-123-4567...why didn't the correct area code pass through. The LEC said that his switch is correct and for us to verify the options in Call Manager....Any help or suggestions??
 
Issue was resolved. The Caller-ID DN setting was changed in the Gateway. Calls are now displaying the correct Caller-ID.
 
sorry guys. issue is not resolved....argh!!!!! thought we had it but now when calling the number that is displayed is defaulting to one area code...for instance if a caller is calling from 817-123-4567 it will show up on the forwarded phone as 703-123-4567. Any suggestions?
