Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone could confirm the way caller ID works on a BCM 400 4.0 through auto attendant.
When a person calls the office they get the auto attendant first. You then have the option to dial an extension directly. When the call reaches the end users extension the caller ID appears. Now when your on the first call and a second call comes in the phone rings however no caller ID appears. I would think that when the second call rings the phone that phone number would display. Is there a way to activate caller ID for the second call?
