any way to display name and number on a mics 6.1. while phone is ringing f811 would have to be done every time the phone rings to display number info?

You display name or number, not both at the same time. If the line is ringing it can be set to display automatically (no need for F811) by setting T&S > TELCO FEATURES > LINE > CALLER ID = Y
