Caller ID MICS 4.1

This phone system has AA answer automatically.(Flash) Most of the phones have no line appearances. When I try to put the call log on these phones it states "no lines assigned". The customer states this used to work before they lost programming. Anyone know how to do this?

Set AA to answer after 2 rings
Assign lines to appear only.

Are you talking about logging calls on the sets without line appearances? You'll have to assign the lines to at least ring only on the sets you want to log the calls on.
