(Magix Rel 1) Is there a known problem with caller ID not always working.Every other call comes up with no caller ID.Tested same c.o.with a generic ID box and it is ok. I'm going to upgrade to Rel 3 and hope for the best. Adtran box breaking out co's to analog lines into 412TDL.

After several phone calls concerning the caller ID, it was confirmed that AnyMedia Access System line cards are incompatible with Avaya Partner and Legend. The tech support with the provider said that the success rate with caller ID is less than 50%.He went as far as saying that they are not charging end users that use Avaya equipment for their caller Id service. I have a statement from Lucent if anyone is interested.
