Caller ID Lookup in Asterisk

I have interconnected an Asterisk PBX with Avaya Definity G3R using a Sangoma PRI Card. I can send Caller ID information across the PRI trunk to both systems but I am not able to get Asterisk to perfom a Caller Name Look up with the internet Asterisk phone book which is populated with the extensions from the Avaya system.

I can send the extension.conf file for more information.

set the connection up as a Qsig connection and name and number would be passed on every call
