Caller ID logs?

Is their a way that I can have the workers in the office look up what numbers has called them on their phones? I have a 391c1 power unit, Merlin Legend R7 10.0 Cke3 processor, 008 mlx-U, 016 ETR, 800 gl-id, and i have merlin legend mail 007 MLM 2 port in the 4th slot...but it comes up as 008 OPT all the phones are mlx-20l

Unfortunately, there is no call log on the Legend to be able to go back and view who has called. Newer systems do all have this feature, the Legend is just getting a bit old at this point.

You could add call accounting software to the system which would then allow you to view past calls via the smdr port on the processor. That's about all you could do though.

Tapit by trysis is fairly inexpensive and will do the trick.
