Caller ID Log - Want CLID avail for company

Hello,

I'm trying to configure our system to allow CLID log on all phones and not partition a log space for each set. I found that there are 600 CLID log items avail that can be allocated to each extension. I don't want it to work like that.

I would like to have a central call log for all incoming calls, that any set/ext. can access. Our old system did this by thru the voice mail, but I can't seem to find it in CP.

The best way to do what you want is with a call accounting software. Convertec has a product called Visual Call manager. It is fairly inexpensive for what it does by our standards.
