caller id kx-624

caller id does not work kx-ta624. cos have been enabled and timer set for 3sec delay. caller id works on single line phone tested on co line before system. anything else to check? or is the unit defective.

just got back to location 6-6 and there was not a 1d card installed. put one in and works.
