I am working with a Mitel 3300 virtual/Physical 3300 icp system with SIP trunks.
MiVoice Business installed OVA version 7.2.1.24
MiVoice Border Gateway version 9.4.0.31
I am having an issue with caller ID. Specifically when a VM is left, email is delivered but the subject line says "Voice message from Unknown Caller".
Is this an issue in the SIP peer profile that is causing this?
