Caller ID Issue

We are up gradeing a client, who wanted to give thge staff new ext (100-162) but but their DID's are not in sequential order in any form to match them. He wants them to to send out he full did on caller ID's for outgoing calls AE ext 132 's DID is XXX-XXX-2347 . is therre any script, rule or formula that can do this for 60 individual phone sets?
