Caller ID Info

At a customer site, users are complaining that callerID info does not appear when the incoming call rings, but after they answer the call. I've checked the programming, and all seems well. Is there something else I need to look at to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.

For each set that you want caller id information automatically shown you need to enable it for each line that has an appearance on that set.

Under the programming for each set go to telco features -> feature assign and change Call Log Set to yes for each line.
