Caller ID info...

Got another one for yall... I have an individual user who would like for her secretary's extension to show up when she is making outbound calls. For instance, her number is: xxx-0045 but she wants xxx-0044 to show up on the persons caller ID. Is this possible?

sure, create a new CLID entry and assign it to the set.

But, the easiest way might be to make both people's KEY 00 = 0044 and just have a few subsequent lines on each phone. Then call the two people a "team" who's number is 0044.

You will also need to add an XMWK Key to one or both of the phones since Message Lamp may stop working when the phones both have 0045, but neither has it as KEY 00
