Caller ID in Partner mode

Is it just me or does anyone else have issues with caller ID displaying on phones that are set not to ring.Is this a design flaw or is there a reason why this is happening in Partner mode.

That's how a real Partner works, so I wouldn't be surprised that's the way it works on IPO Partner mode.

Think about it - why would a phone that is not currently ringing display incoming caller id?

The Partner ACS systems never displayed caller ID on No Ring phones. There is no reason that Caller ID should be displayed on phones that are not ringing.

Yes, phones that are not ringing show the caller id info.
This has been a problem for along time with I think almost all the releases in partner mode. I havent had any complaints yet, but this could be a big privacy issue.
