caller ID history

We currently use an NEC IPS 2000 with D-Term series E phones, I have noticed that if I miss an internal call the extension of the caller is displayed on my phone until I receive another call or I pickup the handset or make a call. This does not occur for external calls. A user asked me today if there is a history of received calls she can go back and look at for reference. I had no good answer for her so I decided to ask here.... on a Dterm Series E is there a history of received calls that a user can look at?

There is a caller ID callback feature, however if you are forwarded to a voicemail you will not get the information. The call will go to your mailbox. Series 3800 (N-1) software is also required.
