Caller ID goofy

Hey all..
Option 11/Succession 3.0
New install, but TN data pulled from another Opt 11. Inbound calls are showing up as "Human Reqources" on various sets with the CID number display under it. Don't think it's every set, but didn't test all of em either.
Users are annoyed with it, and I have no idea where to even look... Just figured I'd see if anyone knows off the top of their head why this is happening....

ld 18 prt scl, if you've got a scl set up, you may be linked to that. if not check enl msgi a on the d to make sure that your not rec that from the far end., i haven't seen where to build a link between scl and clid, but, when i get a call from home, my 3904 displays "Darling Wife"

Looks like John is matching on an entry in his 3904 Personal Directory.

Rockinkeyz, when you say you are seeing the "CID number display under it" do you mean you are seeing the caller's real phone number or just a numerical ACOD-RouteMember code (e.g. 6971-14)? If the latter, you can just delete the name entry for that ACOD in LD 95.

No ACOD, just getting the true CID info....
