Caller ID function on CCM 6.1.2

Hi,

I was wondering if there was anyway to program the Cisco CCM 6.1.2 to be able to display names associated to an external number calling. I want to do this so I can know who is calling instead of having to remember whose number that is.

It will display the names if you have CallerID with name on your incoming trunks. Check with your provider to see if they are sending names.
