Hello All,
I am having an issue with Caller ID information being passed.
When a call is answered by the Auto Attendant (Call Pilot Application) and an option is selected the caller ID is not being passed to the extension that the call is answered.
Is there a setting in the call pilot that allows this information to be sent.
I looked at the dialing information and it looks like it is properly set up.

Any ideas will be helpful..

I have a Call pilot release 4.6...wandering if that plays a role into the issue??

Thank you,

You must tell AA to answer in 2 rings...not 0
Caller ID is passed between the 1st and 2nd ring on standard lines.

Curlycord,
Calls are coming in via PRI....then The Call Application (auto attendant) answers immediately.
How or where do I go in Call Pilot to make the change to answer after 2 rings opposed to immediately?

PRI is right away plus you do not have the system I thought you did so disregard my answer.

Wait for somebody to answer whom knows your version of Callpilot.

You wont get it as the Call is answered by the Callpilot application and then a new call is placed from the callpilot to the extension, CLID you will see on the extension is one of the 2008's that makes up the callpilot channels. I do not think there is a way to pass through the CLID of the original caller.

On the 100/150/BCM versions of Callpilot the Callpilot transfers the call (as opposed to "new call") as if it were a digital set and will transfer the CLID with it.
That bit I guess is the big difference between the Key vs PBX.
