A customer has an OPT11 Rls 22.8D and Meridian Mail Rls 13.11.12. They changed PRI providors and at cutover we had trouble getting caller id. After going back and forth with them they changed the protocol from NI2 to D100. Now caller id works on the sets but is not working for Meridian Mail when the user tries to play the message envelope. I can't find anything in Meridian Mail that mentions the envelop or caller id. I said the problem is the PRI since it was working prior to cutover. They said the problem is the PBX since it works on the sets. Has anybody seen this or have an idea what to look for? The PRI is a newer IPflex circuit meaning it comes off of a router, not from the central office.
