Caller ID for Integ VMI

I currently have asterisk running with a 4port FXO card attached to a Merlin Legend V3 R7.0 for voicemail. All is well. My problem is that the legend does not pass caller id to the voicemail system for things like callback and sms messaging.

Is there a way to tell the legend to pass this information across? Is there another way to get this information realtime?

The legend does not pass caller ID through analog station ports.

Which is why you need to use the CTI software and a MLX port to pass the extra information.

Will CTI Link work with the Legend? I thought it was for magix only. Also, where would be a good place to start to learn more about it and implementaion?
