Caller ID for Call Screening

Any suggestions how to get caller ID to display on a secretary's phone when she screens calls for the boss? When the boss's DN rings, his assistant sees just the extension ID, not the ID of the inbound caller. The boss see's the inbound caller ID, not the receptionist. BCM 400 4.0, PRI service with DIDs.

While you're at it, any way to stop the second line from ringing while busy? I've read suggestions for the FNA to VM or DND on Busy approach. Any hope that Nortel has a fix coming?
 
Make the bosses line appear and ring or ring only on the secretaries phone. If it appears only it will not show. A novel way to stop the second call from ringing is to answer it. If they want the second call to go straight to vmail, set call forward busy to vmail. There isn't a fix needed as most people buy a phone system so they can get multiple calls at a time. Its doing what its designed to do.
