Caller ID enable on a TD816C

Trying have caller ID work on a TD816C system. Lines have caller ID feature from central office (Telco provider0.
enabled caller ID on lines in programming, but caller id is not being displayed on the 7431 set.
Am I missing something?

Please help.

First, I have never heard of a td-816c system, is the c for canadian. Also, is the caller id card installed on the system. For lines 1-4, the card is installed on the motherboard of the system. For lines 5-8, it is installed inside the expansion 4co card itself. Hope this helps!!!
