It seems like a minor problem but it is causing my GM some stress!

When the external callers number is displayed on our phones, it always drops the leading zero.

We have an OPT 61c R22. Is there anyway to get it to include the leading zero, or is it simply displaying all the information it's getting from our carrier?

To display the leading incoming 0 change it in your route(s):

LD 16

ADDP YES

There can be another reason for this. Sometimes when users get numbers in there 'phonebook' in for a example M3820 they want the accesscode aswell.
If they have that they can just store the number and dial out with it directly without need to edit the number in any way.

To be able to do this you have to do a DAPC table in LD15 (FTR_DATA) that inserts the right accesscode numbers.
Then you have to assign this table to the Route.

Unfortunately I dont think this was implemented in Release 22....
