Caller ID doesn't display

How do I show the incoming (calling) number on my 4424LD+ phones? We have a Merlin Magix (v4, CKE5) with 100D/CSU/DSU-U connected to our PRI. Outboud Caller ID works, as does DID to extensions.

Right now, I just see the trunk label and (if I press More) the trunk number (Trk-###). Call logs show everything as "IN*".

Unless these are PRI trunks you will not receive caller ID, and even if they are PRI, you will only see the number.

So, what do you have?

If you do not use any type of delay option and you are using a device with automatic pickup, or if you manually pick up the call before the Caller ID information arrives, "IN" appears in the NUMBER field on your SMDR reports.
