Caller ID displays outgoing call on shared Line

Does anyone know if there is a way around the following issue.

Scenario: Enterprise environment with Cisco Call manager 4.1 (MGCP being used) cisco 7961G phones.

When a manager makes a call and that managers line is on the sidecar of another phone, the outgoing destination # displays on the sidecar of the 2nd phone.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this issue.
