Caller ID Displaying only on Receptionist Phone 2

Hi,

We just got Caller ID activated. I noticed that caller ID shows up on one of the phones (the receptionist phone). Is there a way of displaying caller ID info on all the sets while the lines are ringing?

In syatem programming goto Terminals and Sets, Show Set: xxx, goto Telco Features, Feature Assign, Show Line, (you will have to do this for each line you want the caller ID to show on)and change Caller ID set: Y.

Also make sure you have the 1stDisplay set to either Numbr or Name and make sure the Called ID is set to Y.

Do this for one set then you can COPY the telco feature programming to any other sets you want.

Depending on the software and type of system CICS or MICS, It might only be able to display on one phone.

As suggested, I tried this:

Terminals and Sets, Show Set: xxx, goto Telco Features, Feature Assign, Show Line, (and change Caller ID set: Y.

I didn't have the option to enable caller ID under this Menu.

I see that under "Lines" - "Trunk Data" there's a setting to assign the caller ID set.

I assume then, that I have a system where caller ID can only be displayed on one of the sets. Is there a way around this?
Software or hardware wise?

It sounds like you are on version 5.0 or lower.

If it is a MICS, you need to press F811 (each call) in order to display the caller ID info

I programmed a button on the sets so that they could push it and view the caller ID info.
