Hi - I've got a bug that I can't seem to resolve with what I would consider a normal TNB Class of Service fix.
(Rls 22.16)

In question is a 2616D with ACD features on keys 0-3. The MARP'd DN is on key 4. When the 2616D receives a call from the PSTN (DID via PRI), the display continues to show the ACD status (ex. "Logged out") - until the call is answered. So, the calling number does not show on the display while the 2616D is ringing... just after the call is answered.

The DID/PRI RDB is printed below.

Before looking at the route, here is the SCH code I get when I try to enable TDD in the CLS on the 2616D TNB.

ADD is allowed, but when I try to program TDD, I get this:

...
CLS TDD
SCH0345
CLS !
>ERR SCH0345
>

SCH0345
Incorrect attempt to define CLS = DPIF. Such CLS may only be defined
for digital trunks on CDTI2/CSDTI2 cards
Action: CDTI2 must be set to YES in LD 73 for the given DTI2 loop.

DTI2 package is not equipped.

** What is the correlation between the PRI and DTI2? How can I have one and/without the other?
More importantly, if ADD works in the CLS on the 2616D and the number is displayed after pick-up, why wouldn't TDD work?

Confused....

This is what I get when I lookup SCH0345

Are you sure you didn't FAT Finger it?

CLS TDD should work.

your release may be too low for cls tdd. You may just have to add a display button and the user would press that first than the ringing line.

My test bed is a 22.16 and I get the same thing as you, SCH0345. I think Nortellian has the right answer.
