caller-ID delay?

I have a Merlin Legend Release 5.0, version 10 setup in a KEY mode with a 408 GS/LS-ID MLX board. Caller-ID service has been ordered and should be working per the LEC. I couldn't program the delay for caller-id, so I printed the "System Information" report, and the board in slot 1 shows only a 408 GS/LS-MLX board. I tried a board renumber and even another 408 GS/LS-ID MLX board, but to no avail.

Any thoughts on why Caller-ID is not working?

I'm not completely sure, but with the R5, is it possible that the only module that would support Caller ID was the 800GS/LS-ID

I think you need R7 to use the 408 GS/LS-ID MLX

The 408-GS/LS-ID works in R7.0. To get CALLER ID in the R5.0, you need to use the 800 GS/LS-ID.

This is according to the Pocket Reference.
