Caller ID configuration

Hi everybody,

How can i enable the caller id in my system, i talked with my telephone supplier and they said that is ready in its side.
But, still appear in the incoming call RDI the name of the trunk.

do you have class trunk cards which system are we talking about?

I have a 3300 ICP system.

My E1 (Digital Lines) are connected to a 3300 MX.

have you configured your COS for your trunks and stations?

i don't if its similar to the sx-200icp but you have to enable the Display ANI/DNIS/Class infomations opt 502 and Display class name option 503 in the trunk COS and the sets COS
