Caller ID changing R7 time

I've done a search and this old thread is all I found, Without resolution.


I'm having the same problem at one of my customers sites. T1 service broke out to analog service for the R7. Unfortunately, I don't remember what Version of R7 they are running. Caller ID keeps setting the clocks to Central time which is +1 & +2 hours off. We are in Arizona (and we don't recognize DST) and 1/2 the year we are PST and 1/2 we are MDT. (we really are MST but not very many people know what that is).

So... what's the fix? Have they released a R7 code to turn the Caller ID time adjust off?
 
R8 is the Fix. It will allow you to turn off the "feature". It is soon to be released by Avaya
 
The other fix is to have the carrier send the correct local time with CID info.
