I'm having the same problem at one of my customers sites. T1 service broke out to analog service for the R7. Unfortunately, I don't remember what Version of R7 they are running. Caller ID keeps setting the clocks to Central time which is +1 & +2 hours off. We are in Arizona (and we don't recognize DST) and 1/2 the year we are PST and 1/2 we are MDT. (we really are MST but not very many people know what that is).
So... what's the fix? Have they released a R7 code to turn the Caller ID time adjust off?
