When using our Priority Calling Feature our Caller Display ID starts out showing the Called Party's name, then when they pick up, their name disappears and it changes to symbols. This only happens at some of our locations and I can't seem to find a solution. I compared working locations with the faulty locations and can't seem to find the problem. We are running CM1.3. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
