I have a customer who wants to block outgoing caller ID on her calls. They have a PRI, with routes built for outbound calls. The Verizon code is *67 to block CLID, and I can program that on a button as an external call (F*1), but cannot get the block to occur. I even tried adding the *67 manually after I had dialed the call, both before and after I got a ring on the far end, but no luck!

Is there a way to block outgoing CLID with a PRI? I know that I can do it with POTS/analog lines, but can't find any info on doing it with PRI.

Thanks!!

You may be able to use OLI to achieve the same effect.

Thanks Ric, I will check that out...

There is a feature that blocks CLID on a per call basis. It's called ONN blocking Feature 819.

I will check this out also... Thanks!
