Caller ID between Nortel and Cisco

I have a problem with caller id between cisco and nortel


the integration was done thru SIP protocol

the internal calls between nortel and cisco the caller id is working fine

if the call comes thru E1 lines to nortel then to cisco the caller id disappeared although the caller id is working nortel well

there are a few patches for that - depending on your Rls and CPU type.

Have your vendor search patc library

It will be great helpful for us if you post your sample SIP configuration of SIP setting of both PBX in FAQ area, many guys asked here interoperability between CISCO and Nortel so we will appreciate if you generate a FAQ and put your sample settings.

-the Cisco Phone DID number is 690-6966
-i Created phontom DN 4466

-then i converted the incoming call

6966 4466

when any one call from outside 690-6966 the call converted to 4466 which is forwarded to 1566 which is DSC going to Cisco phone extension

and it works fine
