Option 11. Have recently had the carrier turn on ANI for us. D-channel was already in place. Only receiving trunk information on inbound calls. What steps need to be done within the PBX to get Caller ID displayed on the phone? CLS TDD is set. Thanks.

Extra information: This request is for the local carrier loop. The long distance carrier loop already has an active D-Channel on it and we can see the other 'networked sites' calling us. I guess there is supposed to be something in LD 22 in package features I'm supposed to check, but not real clear on what specifically I am looking for. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

i'll look it up for you when i get back to the office. it was a busy day, post the cls from your display set if you have time.. i would enl msgi x with x=to my dch in ld 96, to insure i was getting inbound clid

with the code brackets stare and compare works a little better, this 2616 does show inbound clid, lets rules out cls before we look at cdb

Your local carrier may not be sending the CLID to you. You can check by turning on the d-channel messages.

Look for incoming setup message:
DCH 8 UIPE_IMSG CC_SETUP_IND REF 00000080 CH 35 1 TOD 12:25:01 CK 093767DD
CALLED #:6491 NUM PLAN: UNKNOWN TON: UNKNOWN
CALLING #:9185908339 NUM PLAN: E164 TON: NATL

Calling # is the incoming CLID. If this is blank, you are not getting it from Telco.

Well, the CLS additions did not do the trick. On to the CDB?
