Caller ID and Software Version Conflict??

I have been asked by the client to see if the system has caller ID.
The software version of this KX-TD1232 is P211Q20604A.
In all the manuals I have seen there is no reference to a caller ID card option and the sites that sell the card (the KX-TD193) have no info for where to look to see if the cards are installed. I know the newer versions here in the States come with one installed.

1. Does anyone know if the version mentioned above can take the CallerId card?
2. Where are the first 2 cards installed? (Do I have to crack open the system?)

I know these sound like dumb questions, but I don't want to tell the client that they need the cards just to find them installed . . .

TIA

you can do a diagnostics on the system with the blue dos
software and it will tell you if 193(s) are in place
or pop the cover off!

I used the blue dos software (ver 3.04) on the system and got a database mismatch error. I'm not sure what to do next. Could I be using a version too new for the system? The TD1232 is a dash 5 (I think) the software version is P211Q.

Any suggestions?

you said it back wards the software is to early for
the ksu the last rev on the blue is 6.27.I can tell you i am 90o/o sure from here that the card is not in the
ksu so at this point open the cover !
