Hello everyone,

We moved offices and have 3 incoming, hunted lines and 18d phones. After the we moved the phone system, the secretary phone, (ext. 10), does not get caller ID and does not ring when someone calls in on lines 1 or 2. The phone rings and gets caller ID if someone is calling on line 3 only. All other phones ring and get caller ID for all 3 lines. If someone calls into line 1 or 2, we can see the assigned button to that line light up red, and calls can be made out on them. We have tried switching physical phones. I am sure it's a programming problem that someone accidentally changed (maybe lines are dedicated to extensions?), but we are not sure which programming code it would be under. Any help would be appreciated

From x10, press Feature 00, then the left Intercom Button twice, then the right intercom button once. It will prompt you for an extension in the display. Press 10. Now you'll see lines 1 and 2 flashing, line 3 is probably solid green. Press line 1 and line 2 until they are solid green. Press Feature 00 to exit. Now it should ring on 1 and 2 also.

make sure that the reception phone is actually the correct extension by pressing Feature 0 0 on that phone then you can read it out on the display, because the extension number stays with the port unlike the Nortel with set relocation where the extension can follow the phone
