I have a mixture of Nortel and Cisco phones. All my Cisco IP phones are extensions (no DID's) so the outside world (cell phone for instance) must call the Call Pilot Auto Attendant and thru dial the extension. The caller ID shows up as "Call Pilot" (name) and the four digit SDN of the Call Pilot. All of the Cisco phones use TIE lines.

I have numerous extensions on the Nortel side also that the outside world must call through the Call Pilot Auto Attendant and the caller ID works fine.

Is there a setting in Call Pilot to send the calling number digits to the Cisco Call Manager?

Are you using QSIG on the TIES
