Caller ID and call waiting

Can a CICS receive caller ID information on the second call coming in on a line before you link over to the call?

I have a 6.1 CICS and it does not accept call waiting caller ID...

If this is a setting I missed, or just something that the system does not do, I am not 100% sure.

I have the same problem with the call waiting on a MICS, I believe the reason no Caller ID info appears is that when calls come in the data is sent on the second ring. When you link to your call waiting, that data has not arrived in your system, thus no info.

call waiting /caller id doesnt work on norstar..sorry did you buy it to use this feature????
