I'm having issues with out TDA600, it uses ordinary C.O. trunk lines with CallerID:
Issues:
* Caller ID does not show on the Digital Telset display and Call Detail Recording (it was working until yesterday)
* Call Queue is blocked on the Digital telsets, the handset has to be off-hook to received the next caller
* There is an un-even distribution between the 20 agents,
The TDA600 is used as a Call center platform
Hoping for some assistance, our service provider confirmed that they are sending the CallerID
