I seem to recall that Calling Line ID info or Ext info would not display on inbound calls on a set's Prime Line key (53xx) unless there was a particulr COS option applied. Is this a default that can be turned off? 3300 MXe with 5.x

That's already set to NO, still getting it.

Don't think you can shut of extension info. If you shut off the calling line ID you will see "trunk xxxx" on incoming calls. Is that acceptable to the customer?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

We still want CID info, but only to have it appear at the top of the display, not on the button itself. Main reason is that it can be confusing for the user. Since they get that info under that key, they assume that the same will happen for their other Multicall DN appearances for second, third calls for example. And, that's just not the case, it only works on the first call to that DN.

Don't think that you can stop it appearing at the top and bottom.
