Caller ID & DND

I replaced a Partner 6 phone with a Partner 6D so we could have caller ID on the phone but caller ID does not work on that phone.

I believe that the Phone is set to DND but there is no DND button on the phone. The manual says that CID will not display on phones with DND turned on.

I tried punching F01 but that does not seem to turn DND on or off.

Not sure what to do. Do I reprogram one of the line buttons as a DND button and turn DND off, then program the button as a line button again?

Can you call the 6D from another phone? If so, it's not in DND. The more likely scenario is that it is not programmed to ring on incoming calls. No ring, no caller ID.

The phone does not ring on incoming calls. I assumed that it was because it was set to DND.

Are the lines set to RING, DELAYED RING, or NO RING???
