CALLER ID ACS PROC

Hello

I would like to add caller ID to my phone system I do have the correct boards acs proc and 206 EC . My question is our system is a full time auto att using our partner mail vs 4.0 It answers on the first ring will the caller Id pass thru the extension that the outside caller dialled or doi need to set up a delayed auto att

Set your VMS Hunt Delay to 2 rings in #506

If you have R6 or higher, you will see the CID on transfer.
 
Program the VMS Hunt Delay as #506-(1=Day/2=Night)-(Line Number)-2 for each line.

You will have to press the ringing line, or perhaps add a CID Inspect button (Feature 17) press that and then the line to see the CID before answering.
