Caller I.D. name and number on an IPK..

I have trying to get name and number to appear in the display....I have COIB cards with a MIFM in slot 2...but when i go to 1-8-08 i can only get name or number but not both...the CPU version is 1.02..i have all the programs i.e.... caller i.d. to station and to c.o set......Thanks for your help...

The only programs that you should need to do are 1-8-08 set as 4-3, 4-4, 5-7, and 1-1-78 set. I would contact NEC as CPU rev. 1.02 is old and is full of bugs, I have had them give me a upgrade chp set for systems running below 1.03.

I think you'll find it is 1-8-05 P5-LK7 but I do not think page 5 was available with 1.0 software revs
