Caller I.D. Log Not Capturing History of Calls 1

Programmed a Caller I.D. Log button on a 'button with lights' for an 18 Button display phone. Caller I.D. is working fine for incoming calls. When customer depresses the Log button to veiw history the display reads "End of Log - Next - Prev".

Seems as though extension is not capturing history. Have we missed something in programming to allow this phone to capture call i.d. history?

System is a Partner ACS Rls. 6.0

Checked archives and have not found this problem. Any thoughts?
 
jsaad is right. You cannot just program a caller id log button and have it work. you need to specify which lines are being covered by the caller id for that extension (#318) as well as if you want to log answered calls (#317) or if you want this location to log all calls (#319). Only one extension on the system can be set-up for #319.
 
Thank you. I used #317 and #318 - now the I.D. log works. Thanks also for the heads up that only one phone can Log All Calls. Great Help!
 
I had a co-worker claim that they programmed F23 on a phone and the caller id log started logging calls on an R8. No other programming was done. I am going to test first chance I get. It had to have been programmed before.
