Norstar MICS 6.1 with CallPilot 150 / Basic Call Center

Skillset DN 4417 - When the DID call to 4417 is made, the caller hears the MOH intermitently over the ringing. The music on hold cuts in and out during the ringback. i thought the prolem might be with the physical connection of MOH somehow, so I disabled MOH and set MOH to Tones.
When I made the test call, I heard the Tones cut in and out while the call was ringing in.
I have determined that this is an internal problem that occurs AFTER the call is "transferred/routed" to the ACD Skillset DN, once the call hits the CE.
When I transfer out of the ACD, I still hear the MOH during the ringing.
This problem only happens when calling DID 4417...I havent been able to duplicate it on any other DID.

Target line - if busy set to Prime. Prime set is 4417.

Please help!
Thanks!

Thank you Curly Cord.
When calling the other Skillset, I do not hear this problem.
Also, I have called many other DIDs (assigned to users) and have not had this problem. I say this because I am not sure if the problem is in the CallPilot problem or the MICS.

I have to schedule any work I do with the customer, since it will affect their calls to the queue.
I cannot change the actual DID that customers call but I can the Skillset DN, but keep the same DID, right?

Thanks again for your help!

Remake the target line (DID) on a different target number. Could be a bad target line.

Cook, changed the target line but the problem is still there.
Curly, I am accessing the callpilot 150 in 5 minutes 10:25 CST. I will see if I can change the Skillset DN.

By doing this, I will change 4417's target line's prime line as a different DN?
Thanks for your suggestions!
Let's see if this works.

I just changed skillset DN.
Changed the target line prime to skillset DN.
So far, every test call I've made has been ok, but this has been an intermittent problem. Time will tell.
Thanks again!
