Call Pilot 150 (31.10.14.22) connected to MICS 7.1. Calls come in over target lines across two PRI's (one PRI to another MICS, other to public).

User at mailbox 103 asked me to forward his phone to x104, so I changed his CFNA from x130 (CP150's DN) to x104. All is well (or at least I didn't hear any complaints).

A few days later, I'm asked to change it back, so I put x130 back in as the CFNA.

Now, callers get transferred to VM, hear his greeting, and then hear the Nortel lady say "Your session cannot be continied at this time, please try again later. Exiting the system. Goodbye" and it hangs them up.

His VM box was fine before. The transfer was so he could get his calls while at another desk. All other VM boxes are fine.

Any ideas? Thanks!
